Nick’s experience includes Finance and Accounting, Financial Services, IT and Life Sciences. He leads the strategy and growth of the business, while being committed to remaining in touch with the operational side of delivering our top quality service for clients and candidates.
is Managing Director at Nicholas Howard, overseeing the recruitment and resourcing side of the business. Josh is an experienced IT and Defence recruiter and manager, within both the perm and contract environment. Since being part of Nicholas Howard, he has been instrumental in the work we do in the defence sector, and also leads several key accounts. As part of the senior management team, Josh is also heavily involved in the strategic direction of the business and development of the team.
is a specialist Recruitment Consultant within our team. Using a mix of conventional and cutting edge search techniques, Tom works daily within the ‘tough to find’ candidate market. Tom has been with Nicholas Howard since 2015, and prior to this was an IT recruiter for over 7 years. Tom also works closely with Josh managing one of our key global accounts.
has been with Nicholas Howard since the start of 2016. Prior to this Ros worked within recruitment training. Ros currently works as a Senior Recruiter at NHL, sourcing candidates across all of our client accounts and candidate skill sets. Ros helps lead the way with our resourcing function, developing novel and innovative ways of identifying talent.
leads our Legal team. Christine has over 20 years recruitment experience, 5 of these with Nicholas Howard. Christine has worked both in-house and agency side, and is one of the South Coast’s most highly regarded and respected legal recruiters. Christine is also committed to networking, supporting several business networking events regularly.
is the Nicholas Howard Operations Director. Kate is responsible for the finance function, legal and contract side of the business. Prior to working at Nicholas Howard, Kate was a criminal defence lawyer. In her role as Operation Director, Kate has overall responsibility for the operational and finance teams, and is a key part of the Senior Management Team.
supports the contractor desk and administration of the business. In her role, Heidi has daily contact with our working contractors and temps and ensures all aspects of the candidate journey is as smooth and worry free as it should be.
works within the office administration function of the business, assisting Kate with legal and financial queries, and working alongside Nick in the operations of Nicholas Howard. Prior to this role, Becky worked within the resourcing function for Nicholas Howard and is still actively assisting within the candidate market as well.
is a Recruitment Manager – Interims within the Nicholas Howard team. As a fluent Polish speaker Sophie is able to assist with our recruitment for clients within Poland and around this region. Before joining NHL Sophie has 18 months of recruitment experience specialising with engineering and technical recruitment.
Prior to her time in recruitment Sophie worked within Quality Control.
Sophie has recently relocated to the South Coast and lives just outside Salisbury with her husband.
is Head of People and Performance at Nicholas Howard and focuses on business growth and team development. Emma has broad experience in FMCG, B2B and Technology sectors and having been ‘client side’ for most of her career, has a clear understanding of the challenges of successful recruitment. In particular the importance of finding the right candidate that has not only the skill sets required but also the organisational fit for the client and candidate in question. In her role, Emma is also part of the senior management team of the business, with particular oversight for team development and growth.
Joined Nicholas Howard in the summer 2018. Before joining the Nicholas Howard team she worked within the charity sector assisting with helping veterans and their families during their recovery period. Jess continuously strives to ensure anyone she comes into contact with experiences professionalism and friendliness along their whole recruitment journey.
Becka is a recruiter in the Nicholas Howard Team and has been with us since the Summer 2018.
Prior to joining Nicholas Howard she worked within Car Sales. which gave her a passion to deliver great customer service. From there Becka decided recruitment was the ideal role to continue to provide this on a daily basis.
Outside of work Becka enjoys horse riding, travelling around America and trying new food.
