is Managing Director at Nicholas Howard, overseeing the recruitment and resourcing side of the business. Josh is an experienced recruiter and manager, within both the perm and contract environment. Since being part of Nicholas Howard, he has been instrumental in the work we do across the business, and also leads several key accounts. As part of the senior management team, Josh is also heavily involved in the strategic direction of the business and development of the team.
is a specialist Recruitment Consultant within our team. Using a mix of conventional and cutting edge search techniques, Tom works daily within the ‘tough to find’ candidate market. Tom has been with Nicholas Howard since 2015, and prior to this was an IT recruiter for over 7 years. Tom also works closely with Josh managing one of our key global accounts.
has been with Nicholas Howard since the start of 2016. Prior to this Ros worked within recruitment training. Ros currently works as a Senior Recruiter at NHL, sourcing candidates across all of our client accounts and candidate skill sets. Ros helps lead the way with our resourcing function, developing novel and innovative ways of identifying talent.
leads our Legal team. Christine has over 20 years recruitment experience, 5 of these with Nicholas Howard. Christine has worked both in-house and agency side, and is one of the South Coast’s most highly regarded and respected legal recruiters. Christine is also committed to networking, supporting several business networking events regularly.
is the Nicholas Howard Operations Director. Kate is responsible for the finance function, legal and contract side of the business. Prior to working at Nicholas Howard, Kate was a criminal defence lawyer. In her role as Operation Director, Kate has overall responsibility for the operational and finance teams, and is a key part of the Senior Management Team.
supports the contractor desk and administration of the business. In her role, Heidi has daily contact with our working contractors and temps and ensures all aspects of the candidate journey is as smooth and worry free as it should be.
works within the office administration function of the business, assisting Kate with legal and financial queries, and working alongside Nick in the operations of Nicholas Howard. Prior to this role, Becky worked within the resourcing function for Nicholas Howard and is still actively assisting within the candidate market as well.
is a Non Executive Director helping to advise and focus our process on fairness and ethics in talent acquisition, Victoria strives to design campaigns with ED&I at their heart and rolls this passion out across the NHL team. With over 20 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Victoria has a great blend of contingency, executive search and senior level internal experience, giving her the ability to understand every aspects of the candidate journey and client requirements.
Is one of the Nicholas Howard recruiters, working across all of our practice areas. Caroline has worked in recruitment for over 15 years, and has also held a variety of business positions, this experience allows Caroline to quickly understand the nuances of a wide variety of roles and assignments. Outside of work Caroline has completed three London Marathons, raising money for Leukaemia Research and Chase.

Kerry has 25 years’ experience within TA/HR, she spent 12 years working for an independent recruitment agency before transitioning 10 years ago to in-house roles. Kerry’s experience spans multiple industries including Pharmaceutical, Distribution, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Finance.
