Facilities Assistant – Lymington

Are you an experienced Administrator or Facilities Assistant with good general office experience and practical skills now looking for a new and challenging Facilities role working within a friendly legal firm ?

An efficient and highly professional Facilities Assistant is now required to join the busy Facilities department of this high profile law firm in Lymington.

Prior experience within the Post Room of a company would be an advantage as would Facilities experience but is not essential. Good IT skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure are required.

Role will involve :

Dealing with Post and Parcels

Preparing meeting rooms

Ordering stationary

Filing documents

Archiving completed files

Printing, scanning and photocopying documents

Using the case management system

Communicating with departments

General administration for the department and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

Skills required:

Attention to detail

A proactive and “can do” approach

The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines

Time management skills

Organisation skills

Strong communications skills both verbal and written
