Client Relationship Manager – Debt Recovery, Manchester
Are you an experienced Client Relationship Manager from a Debt Recovery, Legal, Secured Services, Financial or Collections background with strong experience of the client management side of the business?
We now have an exciting position with our client who is an accredited and fully authorised specialist Debt Recovery Litigation law firm based in the vibrant city centre of Manchester.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will handle direct management of external clients ensuring SLA’s and best practice are achieved across all areas. This will include daily communication and liaison with key stakeholders as well as internal departments.
You will be responsible for monitoring performance against SLA’s and work to mitigate any risks. Working closely with the team, you will ensure client and business need are achieved whilst delivering defined goals and objectives and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of the debt recovery process within commercial and/or consumer debt and a minimum of 3 years management level experience from a FCA regulated contact centre, mortgage servicing, legal or secured/ unsecured recoveries areas.
