Customer Support Consultant – Fee Remission, Manchester
Due to expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Consultant to work within Fee Remissions. The role is working for our client who is an accredited and fully FCA authorised UK based specialist Debt Recovery Litigation law firm based in the heart of vibrant Manchester. Role is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/ week) the hours of work are 8.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Our client works on behalf of 7 of the Top 10 UK banks providing a range of services supporting customers in financial difficulties , it is part of a Top 20 UK legal services business founded in 1912 and operating out of 14 UK offices with over 2,500 members of staff.
You would join as part of a specialist team at the company’s Manchester office, responsible for liaising with clients to establish if they are eligible for help with legal fees.
Duties will include…
- Processing inbound and outbound calls, contacting customers to discuss eligibility for assistance with legal fees
- Recording all customer contact accurately on the case management system
- Dealing with general account enquiries
- Liaising with other departments on behalf of customers to resolve problems
- Recording customer complaints and relevant information accurately in accordance with complaints procedure
Experience dealing with Customers over the telephone is essential, as are excellent communication skills, a positive and professional telephone manner. A commitment to offering a high standard of customer service will be required, while knowledge of consumer or financial markets and/ or dealing with Courts and Fee Remission would also be advantageous.
