Legal Administrator, Temporary contract – Newbury, Berkshire

Are you an experienced Administrator with good general legal or office experience now looking for a new and challenging Temp role working within a friendly legal team ?

An efficient and highly professional Administrator is now required to join the busy Residential Property department of this high profile law firm in central Newbury. The role will be available on a rolling week by week basis in the run up to Xmas, so an immediate start and flexibility would be appreciated.

Prior experience within Conveyancing or Residential Property would be an advantage but is not essential. Good IT skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure are required.

Role will involve :


Updating client files

Archiving completed files

Printing and Photocopying documents

Scanning documents

Inputting and typing up notes

Using the case management system

Communicating with clients in person and by email and telephone

Dealing with expenses

General administration for the department

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is happy to work under pressure, assist the team and provide a reliable and effecient service to the department.

This role offers a generous market rate hourly salary and great working conditions.
