Customer Support Consultants, telephone based – Manchester
Due to expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Consultants to work in a modern busy Debt Recovery call centre environment for our client who is an accredited and fully FCA authorised UK based specialist Debt Recovery Litigation law firm based in the heart of vibrant Manchester. Roles are permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/ week) the hours of work are 8.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Our client works on behalf of 7 of the Top 10 UK banks providing a range of services supporting customers in financial difficulties , it is part of a Top 20 UK legal services business founded in 1912 and operating out of 14 UK offices with over 2,500 members of staff.
You would join as part of a fast-paced and thriving team at the company’s Manchester office, responsible for engaging with Customers who are in financial difficulties and working with them to find a solution providing a professional and informative point of contact for all customers whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. - Processing inbound and outbound calls, contacting customers with overdue accounts to discuss repayment options
- Recording all customer contact accurately on the case management system Dealing with general account enquiries and taking routine payments from customers
- Liaising with other departments on behalf of customers to resolve problems
- Recording customer complaints and relevant information accurately in accordance with complaints procedure
Experience dealing with Customers over the telephone is essential, as are excellent communication skills, a positive and professional telephone manner. A commitment to offering a high standard of customer service will be required, while knowledge of consumer or financial markets would also be advantageous.
