Incident Analyst – Whiteley – Permanent
Nicholas Howard Limited are delighted to be recruiting for a new and exciting role as an Incident Analyst.
Based in Whiteley, the successful candidate will maintain focus on all incidents and ensure data quality across all UK support groups. You will chair regular review meetings of all SLA breaches, ensure resolution plans are in place, manage recovery services during all unplanned service interruptions and communicate regular and externally to customer on resolution activity.
In addition, you will be expected to provide monthly review / performance reporting to senior management, analyse data, trend management, call out highlights and low lights and look for underlying issues. You will provide a uniform dashboard reporting suite to the UK, AU, CA and PZL and analyse team performance based on work volume and return to productivity SLA compliance.
You will work with external IT customers to understand their processes and requirements and develop environments to production.
